The bag looks just like the picture, but the leather and inside lining do not seem to be of top of the line quality. I did some research and apparently this is a Coach Kristin bag designed for younger women and girls. Perhaps that's why the leather doesn't melt in your hands like I'd expected it to? Regardless, I kept it and just decided I'd refer to it as my Coach knockoff. I'm not making accusations, but if this really is a Coach bag, I don't see whats so great about them. It is a cute design though and it goes with everything. A bit pricey for what you get....
