I have given each of my granddaughters a spoon ring. This was very nice looking and different, didnt want them to all have the same kind..

I found an old spoon ring a few years back, and my mother fell in love with it. I decided that I wanted to find her one for Christmas this year. I shopped around, and found this to look nice.
I was hesitant to buy, especially since the ring only has one picture. I wanted to make sure that it looked like a spoon at the top, since that's why she like them so much. I was also concerned that the carved middle would be sharp, or have edges that can get caught on things.
I got it in, and the picture doesn't do justice. This is a truly beautiful ring. Nice glow, and perfect patina. The craftsmanship is well done, and the middle carving is perfect! No sharp edges, and it doesn't get caught on things (or hair). I was a bit concerned on the price, but after receiving it, it was well worth it. I don't know what these rings retail for, but I felt that the quality was well worth the price.
The ring is sizable, and you just have to push, or pull to size the ring. Beware though, you have to be quite strong to do so. the silver is nice and thick, so we couldnt make it smaller. My dad used a rag and pliars to make it smaller. I don't think its a negative, since that means the ring stays the size you make it. It's good quality, and didn't feel weak after bending (like some of the other reviews for other rings).
I would recommend it.
My mom loves it too!
